there is nothing worse than giving a local company a poor review, as well as veteran, but great service, as well as poor service needs to be shared. I am a property manager and have several vendors I dealing with monthly. The one area I struggle to find good service is Screen Repairs. CFL Screens did a great job for me. After 15 years my screen needed a complete refurbishment. CFL gave me a fair and reasonable estimate, and I was impressed by their company mission. They removed and replaced all of the existing screen, fixed the doors, and power washed the enclosure; looks new again. The guys they sent over we're very professional. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future when needed.

STAY AWAY. There should really be a no star option. We have to hire an attorney to have them finish the job. The city inspector won't close the permit because the screen room leaks and water damage is causing wood rot. Any "5 star" reviews must be from family and employees. STAY AWAY. Don’t let the website fool you. All the jargon about being a veteran and having military discipline morals and values fool you. We were given an estimate and were told the quote would not expire. Had 2 estimates. One for redoing our existing patio, and one adding on and expanding. 2 and a half months after receiving our estimate, went to make our deposit. Very poor service. Scheduled an “estimate” over a week out. The estimator arrived 2 hours early without a quick call to say he was on his way. While on the property, he did not show much confidence in doing the job I was asking. He said it would take a day or two to contact “his supplier” before he could send me the estimate by email (he confirmed my email the day he was here.). It has been 10 days now since he was here and took the measurements...still no estimate and no phone call. I guess they don’t need the business.
