Jacob from member services was absolutely amazing! This man went over & beyond for me in my time of need. I been in the hospital for weeks and wanted to make sure I left with a home to go to. He made so many calls for me, stopped me from checking myself out once another member denied helping me. I broke down on that call and he picked me back up!
