I put in.a resume to cfan I got a phone interview seemly went well they even said on the phone interview that I would be a good fit for the position they ask for inperson interview and I did there 10 questions and I felt it was great took a tour of the facility and I recognize most of the machines and they email me on a Saturday morning to tell me there moving forward with a nother candidate hmmmmmwe discussed the pay scale on the phone interview they seemed to be ok with it so don't know what the issue is but all I can say ... read more
I’ve worked here for 2 months as a new hire. I can say it was a good experience. Getting to learn and understand things. Communication, with everyone was good. You can have a bad day and someone will always ask you if you’re okay or if you need anything. CFAN is not for the weak but they will push you to be your best. They will work with you if you need it!
Worst company to work for. They hire you based on the job description but ask you to go and do someone's else job. I have all the proof needed 😌.
