Electrical service call
Horrible experience getting in touch with the revenue department. Very incompetent staff, takes too long to reply and either doesn't send the necessary documents or FLAT OUT MAILS CHEQUES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS WITHOUT CONFIRMING IT WITH THE RECIPIENT. Mind you, all of this has been happening during my enrolment in Level 2. The amount of time I spent worrying about getting my money back instead of focusing on one of the most difficult examinations is beyond ridiculous. God forbid something ever goes wrong with your payment for... read more
