One star is gracious. Sales pitch is riddled with false promises. I was assured my state grant would be here in time to offset my solar expense and that the solar would then be functioning and eliminate by electric bill leaving me one lower bill (157 to be exact) for solar. In two days I will pay my 6th payment of 313 for solar plus my usual 200 for electric. I will not get my grant for at least another 18 months. I am unsure what has changed since all the positive reviews (which is what lead me to go with this company). In my experience, the sales pitch and actual experience are vastly different. Grants and incentives can not be counted on - still waiting for service when panels were installed 7 months ago and bills for both electricity and panels have been coming in each month.
