I want to add that this location DOES have free wheelchair rentals. I searched online and was told no. My 65 year old husband and I had been walking for two hours waiting for hotel check-in and I figured it would be a dry place to wait, even without a wheelchair rental option as he was exhausted. Imagine my delight when I found the customer service kiosk and it said wheelchair rentals! The process was quick, easy, and free.
