Tanner Howell made the entire mortgage process, from start to finish, shockingly easy and smooth. He was professional and friendly and responsive, and clearly must have equal support behind him at C&F as closing on this new home was easier than paying for skittles at a Walmart self pay station.
Marlon and his team at C&F are amazing! They were all very thorough and super nice. I never wondered about anything or any aspect of the process. I HIGHLY recommend them and will be using them in the future!
Very easy process with C&F Mortgage. The online application and portal were great. Customer Service from Randi and her team of processors and underwriters was excellent. This was our 4th closing with C&F and would highly recommend them.
Marlon was absolutely amazing to work with, especially as a first-time homebuyer. He made the entire process extremely easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and was always available when I needed him. He made sure I felt completely comfortable every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer!
We’ve used Tyler 4 times now and each time has been a breeze. The communication is top notch and you will never miss a document signing. I wouldn’t (and haven’t) used any other mortgage company than Tyler with C&F Mortgage.
