Not very happy at all. I got a text message the night before my appointment saying she had a family emergency. I understand that you can’t control an emergency. But I then got no updates for a week. I then reach out saying how I got no updates at all. I then get a text Monday saying how she will be send her availability. I said on the phone I can no longer take off of work and need weekend hours. I then don’t get anything. I’ve done my hair with cristal for a while before she opened her business. I have no complaints ❤️ You ask & she gives. Will tell you what works for you and what doesn’t. I recommend to anyone and everyone ‼️❤️
