CF Fitness was the only reason my daughter wanted to go to school some days! The program and coaches always made sure the kids enjoyed their recess & PE while staying safe and engaged with fun and creative games & activities!
This program has changed my child's self-esteem. She went from not playing to becoming the most social able child ever. I love CF Fitness.
