This is about the 9th or 10th new construction or major renovation we have done in many different parts of the country. Working with Chad was far and away the best experience and best result. The attention to detail and focus on perfection was amazing. The project was a restoration of an 1880s Victorian that, to say the least, needed a tremendous about of work. Chad remodeled two of our bathrooms, our entire kitchen, took up carpet and put down Luxury Vinyl throughout the first floor, painted and built a bar in our lower level when we bought a house 18 months ago.
