Between arranging the Maryland State Inspection then discussing results and repairs and finally picking up the car, I was on the phone several times with someone from CF Auto: each call was professional and helpful. This company made the inspection process run smoothly. The repairs were reasonably priced, the work was handled in a time-efficient manner and the workmanship appears to have been effective and trustworthy. I am willing to use this wrenching shop again plus recommend it to others.
Went in for a oil & brake fluid change (MNI Cooper + VW Atlas) in addition to a service inspection some time ago. The team led by Mr. "T" are straightforward, honest, to the point, friendly and invite a fuss free environment. They explain what needs to be done and more importantly., what they CANNOT do. I will certainly be back!
Today I took my car into CF Auto Care for an oil change and for a complete check up of my tires, brakes, belts, etc. Khan was the mechanic who did the work and he was thorough and did the oil change and check up of my auto in rapid time at a very good price while I waited in their air conditioned office while Khan was doing the work. Happy Customer. Called yesterday, got me in at opening this morning. New water pump, oil change, trans oil, all four break pads and some other maintenance. Finished by 4pm. Service writer gave me upfront pricing within 10 minutes of me showing up and updates along the way via text message. Good crew and service. Would reccomend
