We have been living here in Cezanne apartments since few months now and having an amazing time living here. Its near and clean property and quite safe place. Specially Manager Anu has been friendly, very helpful, nice person and she is very prompt in getting any maintenance issues fixed in time. Cesar from maintenance team is also very quick and helpful. Common areas are regularly cleaned. Lot of parking spaces and very close to market.
Lived here for just 6 months but had an amazing time. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a decently priced apartment. Also love how the location is closer to everything we need on a daily basis.

My stay at Cezanne Apartments for 2+ years was great! Anu (property manager) and Cezar (handyman) were always so quick to help with anything we needed. Maintenance issues were always handled expeditiously and property was well kept. Would definitely recommend this property if you're looking for a nice location that is reasonably priced in the Sunnyvale area.
We had an amazing time living here at Cezanne for more than 4+ years. Very lively and safe place to live. Manager Anu has been friendly and very helpful throughout. We rarely faced any issues living here. Cesar was always prompt for maintenance and was very helpful.
