Do not rent here. The leasing manager, Anupama, hides existing issues and dismisses complaints. Noise from upstairs (especially in second-floor units) is unbearable due to squeaky floors. She acts unaware when told, withholds deposits, and looks for ways to charge extra. Save yourself the trouble and stay away!!!
Very good place to stay in Bay Area. Affordable and well maintained. We stayed here for 1 year and had no issues. Only reason I moved out from here is because I had to change city.
We have been living here in Cezanne apartments since few months now and having an amazing time living here. Its near and clean property and quite safe place. Specially Manager Anu has been friendly, very helpful, nice person and she is very prompt in getting any maintenance issues fixed in time. Cesar from maintenance team is also very quick and helpful. Common areas are regularly cleaned. Lot of parking spaces and very close to market.
Lived here for just 6 months but had an amazing time. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a decently priced apartment. Also love how the location is closer to everything we need on a daily basis.
Great place to live. Neighbors and the apartment manager Anu are very friendly!
