I've never left a google review before, I never planned to and probably never will again but this left such a horrible taste in my mouth. I bought a Xbox controller from them ended up being faulty, went back in tried returning and buying another controller - ended up being faulty. Got refund and bought a Wii game - ended up being scratched like crazy and once again faulty.
I purchased an iPhone for my 90-year-old father. After only a few weeks, the phone stopped working and he had to return to the store on his own to have it exchanged. Unfortunately, he ended up purchasing a more expensive replacement phone, and despite his age, the staff were unable or unwilling to assist him with setting it up. I bought 2 big hard drives but i recieved a slimmer one and one big one and the big one wasnt working the slim one worked
I had a disappointing experience at Cex Kotara. I brought in a laptop I purchased last year in August-Sep for $400 and barely used. I was told the assessment would take around 2 hours, but I did not received any follow-up and had to come back today myself. When I returned, I was offered only $117. I understand resale businesses need to make a margin, but a drop of around 70% for a fairly new and lightly used device feels unreasonable.
