Huge discrepancy in what they offered prior to dropping off a laptop to once we picked it up. Originally offered $170-230. Left the laptop for 3hrs and on return was only offered $56. This laptop was bought last year for school and has been used once.. it would be sold for a lot more than the offered price of $56. Poor form cex. Will not return to this store!! Do not recommend.

I've never left a google review before, I never planned to and probably never will again but this left such a horrible taste in my mouth. I went in to buy a videogame yesterday and stood at the counter for probably nearly 5 minutes while 2 of staff were behind the counter in the corner chatting and one of them was on his phone. They both knew I was there (one looked directly at me) but continued to ignore me. I bought a Xbox controller from them ended up being faulty, went back in tried returning and buying another controller - ended up being faulty. Got refund and bought a Wii game - ended up being scratched like crazy and once again faulty.
