Cex Kotara. Fantastic customer service, all staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I traded in my xbox 360 with 2 controllers and received a fair trade-in price. I later received a SMS from Cex apologising that they forgot to pay me for the 2nd controller. They asked if l could return to the store so they could reimburse me. Although I haven’t required any of the services other people seem to complain about, for the services I have required, everything has been perfect with good product grading, extremely kind staff and good trade in prices.
Had very good experience with trading my iPad 10 ,iPad Pro, iwatch as I have hadn’t had a problem with any of the staff there very helpful and pleasant and professional service there as well
