My husband and I had a terrible experience here. From the get go, the staff member helping us was very rude, demeaning and accusatory. We went in to exchange a game that wasn’t working but because we didn’t exchange it right away and waited months (we had a baby during that time and had no free time to check and play the game but that shouldn’t even be an issue if they told us there was a 2-year warranty), the staff accusatively implied that we damaged it although it was already not working properly before we even tested it.... read more

Absolute rude behaviour from the manager at Mount Druitt as I was only trying inquire about a product that I was selling and was told by another CEX store that they would take my item, but in return was met with rude behaviour, as if trying to shoo me away from the store! I then asked if him if he could please let the other CEX stores know that certain electronics are not allowed to be sold to them nicely and all he said was "YOU should go tell them yourself" and walked off! Kind of shitty experience. Bought an apple pen, looked like shit but thought whatever, it’s a second hand store. Except the listing said it would come with an adapter and it didn’t, so I contacted customer service. After taking about 3 days to resolve the problem and going on and on about looking in the packaging even though that was the first thing I did, they finally resolved to give me a refund “as a gesture of goodwill”.

Great store! I saw a game they had a game that was discontinued in stock. When I went in to buy the game I saw they have a great variety of products as well :)
