I love cex. That is all. Haha OK, the people here are typically quite helpful and happy. It's a tough business model so try cut them some slack.
They refused to sell me an MA15+ rated game despite being over 15, claiming that I need to be over 18 to purchase this rating. Follow Australian law. You only need to be over 15 to purchase these, not 18. You cannot make up you're own arbitrary rules stating otherwise then refuse accept the Australian law which I was showing you. What a shame, I've only ever had positive experiences with CEX prior to this.
The staff member who helped me sell my laptop was very efficient and helpful. The whole process was quick and smooth. Really appreciate the excellent service.
