Avoid CeX completely!!! I bought a second-hand iPhone from their Liverpool NSW store. The moment it connected to iCloud, Apple blacklisted and locked the device. Apple demanded the original receipt from the first owner and refused to accept the CeX receipt at all. They refused any refund or replacement. Their “guarantee” is meaningless. Better
Bought a used gigabyte aorus laptop here last year was a good deal but it was broken. The staff were really helpful and tested it in about half an hour to verify it was broken and processed the refund without any hassles. Forgot to leave a review them but I thought of it now and thought why not!
