I bought several items from CEX online (AirPods, a speaker, and a keyboard case), and I am extremely disappointed. • AirPods: moldy and filthy—unsafe to use • Speaker: falling apart, pieces coming off, not functioning properly • Keyboard case: filthy and unusable • Missing items: some parts/products I paid for were not included at all These items were supposed to be tested second-hand electronics in good condition, but I received dirty, broken, unsafe, and incomplete products. Great value has many Products to buy

Yet another CEX store in amazing condition. Store is well laid out, all pricing clearly labelled and staff were busy stocking shelves or assisting customers. Tonnes of console games, blurays and electronics in great condition. I normally visit the Penrith and Blacktown store so it was a nice surprise to walk into yet another CEX store and the level of quality is on par! Fantastic store, well worth a look!
