My husband got a iPhone 14 pro max for $740 and the screen came off out of no where we went to swap it out and the person at the counter said because it's physical damage they can't return such a terrible store I don't even know how 5 year warranty doesn't cover the 3 months my son has had is phone complete bullshit
Avoid CeX completely!!! I bought a second-hand iPhone from their Liverpool NSW store. The moment it connected to iCloud, Apple blacklisted and locked the device. Apple demanded the original receipt from the first owner and refused to accept the CeX receipt at all. They refused any refund or replacement. Their “guarantee” is meaningless.
