I am extremely disappointed with my experience with CeX. I originally ordered a pink Nintendo DS Lite online for $180 after the Toowoomba store only had a faded one available. When it arrived, it was heavily scratched, felt rough as though it had been bleached, and even came with a black stylus — despite being sold at full price and not discounted. Dont use this place.
Went here to buy my bf a game that he was super excited about and they told me I couldn't because I wasn't 20 or somthing. I may of misheard but I think they said 25. I think that's absolutely ridiculous because I could buy the same game on PlayStation with no age restriction or any other store really. It just felt weird and it seems like they had something against me and refused to let me buy it because they didn't like me or somthing.
