Good customer service , online shows higher quote for your device but when you visited in store, you will get less amount for your device even it is in mint condition.

Just bought an iPhone 12 Pro last Friday and turns out it’s faulty. Staff really need to be checking everything on there mobile phones before selling especially for the prices they are selling them for. Not happy
