Hi people working at this fine establishment, I bought a controller there about a week ago and it made me raise the question, "why aren't the products cleaned before sale", got this controller and the person before me obviously can't keep their controller away from their food, grime and dust were all in and over it. Overall not made just a little disappointed, I still recommend buying from them. - Benson Goon
Absolutely terrible sold me a phone with a dud charging port obviously don’t check there products also couldn’t create new Apple ID as the device has been used to create to many absolutely terrible service no one should ever use these people if this is how they sell there equip meant to you
had issues with an apple pencil i bought yesterday and the staff was so lovely, they helped me troubleshoot and found me a working one! didn’t get the name of the man with the blue hair that served me but he was very kind and helpful :) thank you guys!
UPDATE - So the response is Sorry, try this password or this password or fill out a form and wait, can you remember the hopeless staff members name that locked your computer? Why would anyone create a personal account with a non generic password and not give that to the owner! These so called professionals spent a good half an hour trying to work out how to find the specs on a macbook pro for a trade in, offered $60 less than cash converters (who referred us), when we said no and went home they had created an account on the ... read more
