I bought a 3DS Aqua Blue from this store and the condition that it was in was great, although it was extremely dirty! The charger had a crusty stain on the cube and the actual console was appualing. I spent a long time scraping dirt out between the crevasses and wiped down the console because it was genuinely disgusting. I recently unscrewed the back of the console to check on the state of the battery and was met with more dirt - I also had to wipe and scrape dirt from this. Just had a major f around bought my controllers and said theyd buy my console and went back the next did nkt return my id and now i have to go back again to collect my id tgey keplt
Went in for a game that came with an accessory. Online it stated that the accessory came with the game, and in store the disc box said that it came with the accessory. But when I went to the counter they said they didn't have the accessory!? And they wanted to charge full price for it?!? Complete rip off, never going back to cex again
