Whoever recently prepared two 3ds’s for delivery, please, oh god please, go get your brain checked. - Both not cleaned (hair stuck to back of DS with glue?!) - Blue 3ds came without Stylus - Red 3ds didn’t even turn on This is not Discounted, this is their Unboxed grading which describes Good-to-Mint condition, just without the box. Already got a refund at my local CeX but just wow, insane lack of care. Do not get your consoles from here.

Great customer service
Got a game today, watchdog PS4 not working. Says disc is upside down. And I bought another game and it needs internet when he told me it doesn't need it. This shop's not recommended not going back.
