I purchased a Samsung S23 from the store and was clearly advised by staff that if I was unhappy with the phone, I could return it within 48 hours and receive a full refund. The staff are friendly and helpful. BUT contacting them is not easy. If you ring the phone number, it tells you to contact them through the website email. Or for a Faster response contact them through Facebook? There is no way to contact them through Facebook, I tried sending them a message but have waited days and no response. This was quite annoying as I just purchased an Xbox from them and had to bring it back for Warranty. Falsely advertising products. Purchased a Mac book air 14.2 for $900 and turns out it’s a 13.6 and it’s not worth the $900 I payed. Didn’t let me inspect it or even check it out and it was dirty once purchased. Both chermside and Ipswich stores are incompetent.
