Staff members made multiple errors with price quoting for selling items. Process was not made clear. Received one quote before testing and 2 different quotes after testing. Physical damage was present in eye view of product selling before testing, would not explain testing process that the original quoting staff failed to perform. I go to CeX all the time and I really want to stay loyal to them, but honestly I’ve been having a really frustrating experience lately. I recently bought a PS2 and a controller, and both ended up being faulty. I had to go back multiple times just to replace the controller. Every time I asked if it had been tested, they told me it had but when I got home, there was always something wrong with it. Can’t return anything I bought an item for $320 I was told I can bring it back anytime in the next 30 days and return it, then when I come to return it they say I can only get store credit back, or then can buy it back for $89, what a crappy store and crappy workers, never come to this business it’s just a scam.
Terrible service. Tried to return a phone a week after purchase. Would only offer a voucher after confirmation when bought that a full refund would be available within 28 days. Unbelievable
