Great team
Normally quite enjoy CEX, including this location, but customer service was severely lacking today. I was waiting in line for close to 10 minutes while 1 person was served. There were 2 other employees in store who didn’t help, but one employee in particular stood off to the side of the counter doing something else. It’s poor customer service to be letting 3 people in line wait 10 minutes while you do something else (that I don’t believe was related to assisting any customers) and that lack of awareness will potentially lose... read more
Such amazing guys...! Went in there confused and left with an amazing deal. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I took me a while at the store yet they were staying even after the closing time. Kay ( if I remeber properly is his nickname) : looked like he loved hos job and we had a good banter. Recommend this store. Also prompt service if you go in prepared 🥰Overall 10/10
Staff members made multiple errors with price quoting for selling items. Process was not made clear. Received one quote before testing and 2 different quotes after testing. Physical damage was present in eye view of product selling before testing, would not explain testing process that the original quoting staff failed to perform. I go to CeX all the time and I really want to stay loyal to them, but honestly I’ve been having a really frustrating experience lately. I recently bought a PS2 and a controller, and both ended up being faulty. I had to go back multiple times just to replace the controller. Every time I asked if it had been tested, they told me it had but when I got home, there was always something wrong with it.
