Terrible service. Tried to return a phone a week after purchase. Would only offer a voucher after confirmation when bought that a full refund would be available within 28 days. Unbelievable

Absolutely terrible service they obviously don’t check there equipment I bought a phone from there and the charging port never worked from the first time I plugged it in I got the charging port fixed and the phone over heats when it’s on charge and if I want to fix it under there warranty it just inconveniences me because then I have no phone till they fix it like you guys really need to check your stuff before you re sell it such bad service
Received a faulty laptop purchased a grade c product which had noticeable cosmetic damage which is fine for its grade but received it today and still has an rma hardware fault sticker from December and the item I received was missing half the ram was supposed to have 32gb had 16gb and had a faulty screen with a massive black line running across. quite disappointing.
