UPDATE: contacted support with full story, have email confirmation of them acknowledging they made a mistake and are at fault - but they WONT pay for it. Now ignoring my emails attempting to escalate! Don’t bother dealing here DONT come here. Brought a mirrorless camera in for a quote with a bundle of add on items that weren’t priced online.
