was a giant line of 5 people because of receptionist are having issues trading in stuff for with customers while we were waiting in line, the 3rd worker decided to take a break it’s so frustrating because this has happened multiple times and I was there just to buy A few games….
I’ve rocked up and there was a giant waiting period in line of 6/7 people because of receptionist are having difficulties trading in old phones and stuff it’s just super frustrating because I’m there just to buy 1/2 games real quick and now I have to wait 5mins It’s happened so many times.
