Ive always never had any problems with doing any kind of shopping at this Store ive recommend alot of my friends who needed games for playstation that weren't over priced and they swear black and blue this store sells games at least 25% cheaper then that of others that sell used games, plus for me is always sell my used phones there because I know exactly what I'll be getting in cash ive never had a bad experience i definitely recommend this franchise to sell phones games and some electronics like laptops and tablets.

Do not buy PC games from CeX as they do not test them as confirmed by their Head Office and the one I purchased was linked to a steam account which when I went to return the item I was told they couldn't test however they also couldn't refund the item. So if it is a PC game that can be linked to steam DO NOT buy.
Absolutely terrible experience. I bought Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) and Call of Duty: WWII, and I couldn’t be more disappointed. The WWII disc I received was broken and didn’t work, which is already unacceptable. Then I tried to play Modern Warfare (2019), and the campaign wouldn’t even start even though I had the correct disc and the campaign packs installed.
