What a great place. The drinks are the best.
We love Señor Pancho’s, but we rarely visit the Middlebury location, and this trip just reminded us why (which is unfortunate because it’s our closest location). The restaurant was on the busier side in the bar and on the patio, but there were plenty of open tables in the dining room where we were. The waitress took our drink and appetizer order, and we received our chips, salsa, and guac pretty quickly. The service went on a rapid decline from there.
