OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE... I wasn't even a customer! I was a customer of an agency that Cevaal purchased about 7yrs ago, but my policy was from 15yrs ago. The state of IL was not renewing my license because of an out dated suspension of my IN license back in 2007 that I knew nothing about, I lived in IL and have an IL license by then. Some how it came back up in the BMV system and was blocking my renewal.
