if you want products delivered days after they're supposed to arrive use these guys. don't use if the freights time sensitive at all. doesn't matter if booked a week or two out. It's a basket case of a company. one job, deliver on the day.... can't even do that.

Very rigid and inflexible processes. Indicative delivery times were not accurate meaning we had to make multiple arrangements to firstly have vehicle collected, and then to arrange delivery.

Had my classic car shipped from Perth to Melbourne depot with CEVA with the premium enclosed service. The initial pick up was easy and the driver turned up within the allocated time to collect my car, though I was told when booking that they aim to collect a car within 48 hours of a designated pickup date which is a very big window. The car arrived at the depot in Victoria within the advised timeframe but like other reviews I was not contacted to say it was ready for collection and had to chase them myself.
