This is my third car transported with CEVA, and I currently have two more vehicles on the way with them—but this experience has been beyond frustrating. I made it very clear at the time of booking that I needed the car delivered by the 20th at the latest, as I’m going overseas for a month on Monday. I was assured this wouldn’t be an issue. So unhappy with their service . They got my new car on 29/01/2026 at Sunshine Coast and till today 13/02/26 didn’t get my car in Mackay ( within QLD !!! 9 hours drive Their tracking process was funny and giving wrong date for car delivery and when calling them they say sorry that is wrong !! Estimated delivery date 16/02/26 !!!
Simply APPALLING customer service. My car was picked up in perfect state, washed professionally in and out. Returned to me one month later completely covered in dust and sand, and mud inside. I paid for a PREMIUM ENCLOSED service - which means the car was supposed to be in a close truck or depot all the time. IT WAS NOT. I sent a complaint as my car was delivered in a poor state. Don’t even bother with this transport company. No one calls you back, no one gives answers, international call centre is useless. My car has been delayed over a week, not a single person notified me, let alone gives answers. Apparently it takes 4 days to transport from Footscray to Truganina, yet my car is visibly at the depot.
