Terrible service. My car has been delayed yet again! No communication just an “update” on their system. Disgusting .. not sure why so many car dealerships use them, they’re clearly not up to the job!
Bit over priced and customer service is bad.
Poor, poor, poor, I paid for premium service with insurance and I received poor service with a damaged vehicle with no insurance cover. they admitted to damaging the car, they admitted to doing wrong and they done nothing. I had to pay for a 3rd party to repair my car on their site so it could be transported to me in Vic. When it arrived they threw me my keys and nothing, I had a damaged car with out of pocket costs and no remedy, all the while paying premium service and in the end not being allowed to claim the insurance th... read more
Delay over 15 days already they still can’t chase my vehicle where is it It’s already been over 30 days WA to VIC won’t use again for sure
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY We are a charity and sent a vehicle from WA to VIC NEVER AGAIN 1st they are VERY RUDE 2nd our Vehicle was picked up on the 4th December 2024 and did NOT arrive until the 13th March 2025 3rd it had a flat battery when it arrived due to sitting in a depot unstated for several weeks. They would not cover the $1200 we had to spend on new batteries. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - I only put 1 star cause you have to to leave a review. There are better carries out there.......
