Worst customer service of any place I've ever used, would never ever recommend to anyone. 2 stars - 1 because the car got here safely and without damage, 2 because the manager Michael in the offshore team was actually lovely. Offshore teams with absolutely no more information than the website who have zero customer service training, no way to contact the depot, phones that don't have voicemail or and ring off after less than a minute. Ezy to find very friendly staff.
Ceva trailer side swiped my car while I waiting at traffic lights. I was unable to see the truck / trailer registration due to other traffic, so they’ve wiped their hands of this, leaving me $700 out of pocket for insurance excess. No offer at all to help out with costs. Apparently they sub contract the drivers, so as their management says “not their problem”. This was after numerous calls to their office, with the response being “someone will call you back” - which they never did, until I kept calling. Thanks Ceva.
