2 hours past the 4-hour delivery window and still waiting. I’ve been hung up on multiple times by customer service while trying to get a status update.
as of this posting, they still have not delivered the item (it’s now well outside the delivery window they gave) and they make it impossible to get a human on the phone to see what the hold up is. so far I’ve spent 60 minutes on the phone and haven’t spoken to a single person 🤷♂️ do not recommend
Rudest gathering of the likes of Baltimore City people you will find! My only regret is that buying from a reputable firm that has to contract out delivery, gives you the likes of these hooligans. What do you expect from Baltimore though.
If you want attitude from customer service. This is the place. If I ever get them for a delivery again I will cancel my order. Why would you be in customer service if you don't know how to speak to customers. Terrible
