This is by far the most disappointing company I have ever encountered. Their level of professionalism is shockingly low, and they make false claims about their delivery schedule. They promise to call before arriving, but that’s simply not true. I waited by my window all day, yet I received no missed calls and no delivery. I called in 2/3/26 around 10:20 am to inquire about ETA of my delivery after it was rescheduled for the third time. Hispanic lady (what it sounded like) kept interrupting me while I was talking as if she has no home training, complaining that their system isn't AI, and then said "Have a nice day!"before hanging up on me prior to answering my questions. Sounded like she hates her job. This company is a joke!

I haven’t even received my order yet and was told when they first picked up the order my stove would be delivered at an estimated date of the 19th. No one called me as I waited for this date as my order was placed on the 10. They got the nerve to tell me the delivery was out of their range and they gave it to a third past.then they gave me another number who then told me my order wouldn’t arrive until the 29th.
