I haven’t even received my order yet and was told when they first picked up the order my stove would be delivered at an estimated date of the 19th. No one called me as I waited for this date as my order was placed on the 10. They got the nerve to tell me the delivery was out of their range and they gave it to a third past.then they gave me another number who then told me my order wouldn’t arrive until the 29th. 2 hours past the 4-hour delivery window and still waiting. I’ve been hung up on multiple times by customer service while trying to get a status update.

as of this posting, they still have not delivered the item (it’s now well outside the delivery window they gave) and they make it impossible to get a human on the phone to see what the hold up is. so far I’ve spent 60 minutes on the phone and haven’t spoken to a single person 🤷‍♂️ do not recommend

Rudest gathering of the likes of Baltimore City people you will find! My only regret is that buying from a reputable firm that has to contract out delivery, gives you the likes of these hooligans. What do you expect from Baltimore though.
