This company sucks. Told delivery was between 12 and 4 today and a driver would call 30 minutes before delivery. It is now 8pm. No calls, no delivery. Called their customer service at 4. They contacted dispatch for them to call the driver to find out situation and call me. No call happened. Called at 5 to find out that dispatch goes home at 5 while I get to sit here waiting for a call. Had 2 men here to unload and install. Had to pay for them for 4 hours for nothing. Absolutely the worst logistics company I have ever had to deal with. I ordered a TV from the base exchange website and then CEVA proceeded to bust my delivery window 2 separate times. On top of them not delivering my tv on time, while they were handling it in their warehouse they rammed a forklift into my tv breaking the panel which I found out when I first powered on the tv. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Ceva showed up 2 hours late to my scheduled delivery window and then left after 5 min when giving me a 10 min notice that they were on their way to my place. Sorry to everyone in advance that is forced to work with this awfully run company
