Avoid this place! Absolutely terrible experience with Ceva! I arrived at 8 a.m. for loading and waited until 3 p.m., just to be told it was canceled. Completely disorganized and disrespectful toward drivers. The guy at the counter was rude, arrogant, and totally unprofessional. If I could, I’d give them 0 stars!
Every time I come to pick up or drop a load in Charlotte, the person in the office is very rude and disrespectful to drivers. This is not acceptable. We are all working people, and we deserve to be treated with respect. A simple, polite way of speaking goes a long way. I hope you can remind your staff to act professionally and treat drivers like human beings.
Worst customer service. Will not help in anyway and will push the problem back to retailer. Why are you a shipping comany if you cannot track the items?
This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. They have had our item for over a week, told us twice it would be delivered, never showed up, can’t reach them on the phone and the list goes on. Today I asked to speak to a manager and I can almost guarantee no one will call me. Probably going to have to cancel my order and find some other way to get it. Do not use them!!!
Biggest scam of a company. Told me to be here when it’s delivered to sign. Advised 10-2 they would be here. That’s a lie. Some people actually have to work and things to do. Good luck getting anyone on the phone either. Will waste your time
