Terrible company. Zero communication skills. Customer service gave me a number to call that's out of service. Was told multiple delivery dates. Delivered late but 1 day before I could cancel. Was given clear directions on where to place the delivery. I now most likely have a heavy broken delivery about 4 ft from where I asked it to be placed. It's also half way in the neighbors yard and on a broken pallet. Will definitely avoid this company in the future

Possibly the worst logistics company in history. Repeatedly takes contracts that they do not have the capability of fulfilling, severely inconveniencing their customers.

I would give zero stars if I could. They reached out to me to confirm the shipping date. I waited around all day and they did not show up. Then when I checked the tracking on their site, it said I refused the shipment when they NEVER showed up. I called several times and they would hang up before even saying hellol Finally they called me back to tell me my item was damaged and that I need to notify Amazon. Why do I notify them if you damaged the item? Worst customer service EVER.
