Truly a horrible shipper -- waited the full delivery time and no word from the company. Tried to call this Charlotte office and at exactly 30 minutes on hold, the line hung up. Encourage whoever you ordered your product from to not use this company. Contacting my manufacturer-- maybe CEVA values their relationship with them. They sure don't value their relationship with the end consumer.

One of the most unprofessional logistics company. Ordered a piece of furniture from an online store and they use these folks as delivery partner. First they don’t keep up the schedule they promised, secondly they refuse or provide sub optimal service they promise (we had a white glove service for a heavy piece and one guy shows up and argues why he cannot do it) and then they make a mess of my room. Our company uses them to pick up shipments. They are constantly missing shipments and picking up days late. Do not recommend!
18 wheelers avoid this place at all cost, zero emphatic with drivers, I was the first in front of the gate 0600, they told me they load first their trucks, so I was the last truck to load, at 2 pm just started, I went inside at 1 pm but the guy in charge got mad because of my question after 8 hs waiting and he got mad 🤣 this is unreal, how do you pretend this industry can change some day??
