Unless you're a huge customer, it's just not a great service. Had an insurance claim that took 4 months only for them to give 50 bucks on a value of 40k. Told them to keep it. Went with CH Robinson way better service. They have 30 people on an email chain and 3 different people reply at all time.
Quick in and out. Doing business here on the regular basis
