This place is a big NO NO. avoid at all costs. Paid for them to pick up my car from my driveway in sydney to drop it off at my allocated spot in surfers paradise located in garage. I explained prior to agreeing to use this company that they need to contact building management in order to have access to car spot a day before and gave them the number, I also explained the same process to a few other members of their team on multiple occasions the last being a day before delivery. Most ignorant truck drivers on the road. (Generalisation obviously)
Terrible experience. The online Tracker showed ETA 25/3. Then it showed it was due 30/3. Called they’re call centre which is absolutely a waiste of time and was told the car was ready for pick up. Spent $40 Uber to get there only to find out the car didn’t actually arrive. Had to wait 30 minutes for Uber to pick me up from the end of the earth. Waisted my Afternoon. Their service is pathetic. Hopefully it will be delivered tomorrow. Don’t use them.
The quote was 7 -11 business days for delivery Yesterday was the 11th Business day and its not even halfway. Furthermore the staff can't even get me a due date till 4 days from now because of an public holiday. Pathetic.
