***Drivers Beware*** this place have bad practices as a receiver to avoid paying detention. I arrived at 11:55 for my 12 noon appointment. They assigned me a door at 1:40 pm. They wrote that I arrived at 1:45 and completed at 2:19 pm on a COPY of the BOL, not the ORIGINAL. It's sad when a trucking company will rob outside drivers of money they're entitled to. Thankfully CH Robinson is honoring my on-time pickup and delivery with the detention I earned. Drivers avoid this place if possible!!! Thieves!
If I could leave a -20 review, I would this is the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with unresponsive uncooperative don’t keep appointments. Doesn’t call when they deliver all around. Hot mess. What a damn joke highly suggest using someone else.
If you are truck driver don’t live load
They unload quick and are very organized. My only complaint which is out of their control is the size of the docking area. It’s tight and me and 2 other drivers had trouble docking.
