They use 3rd party drivers who blatantly lie about making delivery attempts, and or the time they attempted. The company takes their word despite proof of driver incompetence, and then did not want to rectify the situation and still expected a redelivery fee to be payed. This is very unprofessional behavior and if you can find someone else to work with, I would.
