I am surprised at the number of negative reviews for CEVA Logistics given that I had an excellent experience with them. CEVA shipped the sofa from New Jersey on Jan 9th, a day after they got the order from my store. I got an automated call on the 10th to set up receipt of the sofa on the 16th. The sofa went to SF before backtracking to Reno NV on the 16th, where it arrived 1.5 hours into the delivery window. The driver, Amodo, was personable and very helpful.
