Wish I could give a zero. A delivery has been scheduled for over a week for Monday May 19th between 9:00-3:00, and I received a confirmation yesterday saying the same. Come about 2:30 pm I realized that it wasn't even out for delivery today. Called Costco, they put me in contact with Mark, CIVA rep out of Houston. Nope, wasn't going to be delivered, but the good news was that CIVA was going to give me another opportunity on Wed, Thursday or Friday to sit at home all day again to maybe receive the delivery.
