We had ordered a $4000 shed from Amazon that uses this delivery company. The date of delivery showed the item could not be delivered without reason despite the item not needing anyone to sign. When I called the company, they do not know why it wasn't delivered. After 30 minutes on hold, they were not able to find the package. After checking back 2 hours later and 20 minutes on hold the company still could not find the package. Denver driver shut down the express lane for miles, doing 15 under the speed limit. Zero consideration for other people.
This place is a horrible place don't recommend to anyone
No contact info. Calling other branches doesn't help, you get put on hold automatically and the line hangs up after 2 minutes. Got ahold of a texas branch but I'm still waiting on a call back trying to accept delivery of my freight.
