Horrible communication and customer service
We had ordered a $4000 shed from Amazon that uses this delivery company. The date of delivery showed the item could not be delivered without reason despite the item not needing anyone to sign. When I called the company, they do not know why it wasn't delivered. After 30 minutes on hold, they were not able to find the package. After checking back 2 hours later and 20 minutes on hold the company still could not find the package.
