None professional at all , driver who deal with me so rude ..he refused to deliver the item & took it back
Should be called CEVA waste management, straight up garbage. What they call scheduling consists of an email telling you to be ready from 6am to 6pm.
Don’t bother scheduling a pick up. They give you a day and window. When you call asking why no one came, they lie saying someone came earlier but no one was home. I was home all day, no one called me or rang the door bell. What happened to calling me 30 mins before ? Bad service. Costco should not use these people..
