Don't listen to any of these nonsense reviews. They delivered my new bike in perfect condition even the box had no dents or marks, my only complaint is that it was a day late but the condition I received the box in makes up for it.
Ordered a TV from Amazon on Prime week and the driver who delivered it today was one of the most professional, friendly and helpful residential delivery drivers I have had the pleasure to meet. Outstanding customer experience. Amazon tracking was not correct but delivery was made by CEVA when promised and damage free.
Awful delivery service and doesn't wait for you to come to the door!
If I could give zero stars I would, this is the worst company I have ever seen, they made me lose hours of my work because I had ordered my TV and they said it would come yesterday, then after waiting for hours and hours, then today they said they have the TV in Norfolk and when we called in Norfolk they said they have it in Richmond, it is disrespectful that they do not give a fixed answer about their services, and the worst shipping company, if you ordered a service with these people it is better to cancel it and I bet it ... read more
