I purchased this product on 8/16 with a promised delivery date of 8/29. What should have been a smooth process turned into a very frustrating experience. First, I called to reschedule the delivery by just one day, but the delivery company was not truthful about it. I ended up waiting an additional five days because of the weekend and Labor Day. This company is a joke. I ordered a $1200 kayak that they beat to heck in the back of a semi trailer, not strapped down or in any protective covering. It came with a ground down handle and three gouges. They refused my claim "respectfully." Well, disrespectfully, I would never, under any circumstances, recommend this company to ship ANY items. Seller and buyer beware. I'm certain my experience isn't the only one of its kind.
