My treadmill was supposed to arrive a week ago (5/23). NordicTrack then contacted Ceva and forwarded the communication to me that it would arrive today (5/30) so I took the day off to sign for it and move it in. No call ever came in to schedule. I submitted a form online and followed up with the vender, then FINALLY got a call from Ceva. Hoooolllllyyyyy. I work customer service. I get it. Staff is nice and fast(they stop for a safety meeting but is ok)when you come in take an empty door and backup there and then go to check in, you need a door number for the check in, place have enough room for backup, I don’t know if we can do overnight but is a Thornton truck stop 5 minutes away, I definitely take another load from this place (truck stop is in the intersection of US83 and Foster)
