Horrible customer service.
It was a mattress that was brought to my house on now 11th i refused the mattress the delivery person took the mattress from my house to someone else's house and marked that I received the mattress on amazon which I didn't take the mattress he kept the mattress and the supervisor at the buffalo warehouse name joe lied and told me he was going to refund my money because the mattress never made it back to the warehouse the guy told me this wouldn't be the first time this happened said I would get a check for the mattress that ... read more
