Horrible, Just plain Horrible! I had an Item that was supposed to be delivered. I called and they said that at 6:25pm there was an attempt (My Ring camera says the opposite) and they are supposed to call 30 minutes before delivery! Horrible company, I really dont understand how they are un business
This is by far the most disappointing company I have ever encountered. Their level of professionalism is shockingly low, and they make false claims about their delivery schedule. They promise to call before arriving, but that’s simply not true. I waited by my window all day, yet I received no missed calls and no delivery. The WORST company I have ever dealt with. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional and lie about showing up for deliveries. They say that they will call you to retrieve your delivery but that is FALSE. I received no missed calls and waited next to my window all day for them to show up. Lo and behold, a no show. In addition, their customer service representatives are nasty and rude. They will hang up on you mid conversation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They are a SCAM. Amazon should break their contract with this scamming company. HASTILY.
Ordered a 58 inch tv - it came completely shattered... Fragile means nothing to them.
