They are the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with. The 1st delivery they lost it... how do you lose a sectional couch?? I am almost certain it ended up at one of their employees houses. I would not put it past this dishonest company. Got a full refund for the sectional. Order a couch/loveseat set since the sectional was out of stock. Delivery was set up for Thursday between 12-6pm. Fine I planned to be off work to receive the delivery. Was told by email to call Ceva and schedule delivery. Scheduled delivery and was told i had to be there to sign for the package. Called three days before to confirm that things were still on and was told that it was. Took day off work to be there and the delivery never showed. Called back to ask what was going on. Asked if it was weather related. Rep said no "it was because we did not have any drivers going to your area". Scheduled the delivery for 3 days later. Worst delivery service. Ordered a Nordictrack and unfortunately this company for some reason was selected to deliver my machine. Delayed several days and could never get ahold of an agent. I still don't have my merchandise. Nordictrack will have to pay a heavy charge back fee.
