Terrible. Missed the delivery window, I called and the agent guaranteed that trucks never return with product and that I absolutely would get my shipment that evening. I waited and then received a call at 6pm stating my delivery would have to be rescheduled! I took a day off from work for this and the delivery contains a crucial piece of equipment for the business I’m building. Absolutely pissed.

Unreliable. They will dump the package on your driveway and run before you can inspect it for damage. If you are getting a package delivered from them, make sure you are present for delivery and you check it before you let them go.

I ordered a patio set threw BJS and ceva said they delivered it and that I signed it never received it and the manager never returns my phone calls

Ordered something on line from BJ's. I was charged $128 for shipping. It was supposed to be delivered Monday 5/23/22. It's 5 days late. I called on Wednesday 5/25/22 and was told someone would call me on Thursday 5/26 and now it is Friday 5/27. I wanted my item by memorial day.
