AVOID CEVA! Worst service ever. Expensive composite materials were delivered with delay, without any communication about delivery window and many items were damaged and not be able to use for a project. We ended up paying out of pocket to order new materials and pay another delivery fee. I submitted claim and their answer was that it it was manufacturers fault that it was not packed safe enough to transport. How do you handle the transportation if composite deck board is broken in pieces?

As everyone else has said, this company is a fraud. They don’t answer their phone or respond to emails. After two weeks of trying to get in touch, someone finally called me from a private number and scheduled a pickup to return my Amazon package. I took the entire day off work to be available for the pickup, and they never showed up. No call, no email, and no explanation. Absolutely unacceptable service.
