(Cava logistics and Day & Rose) My package has been held at the Day & Rose Mount Pearl warehouse since February 18. Today is March 5, so it has been 15 days. I have never experienced something like this before. I even went to the warehouse myself to pick it up, but they refused to release it to me. I keep calling, and every time they just give me another date and say they will schedule a delivery, but it still hasn’t been delivered. There seems to be no solution at all. How is something like this even possible?

Package was scheduled for delivery between 830am-8pm the package never arrived. No one showed up. No idea where my 850 package is. No one answer phones and the tracking doesn’t work. AVOID THIS COMPANY
