Absolutely terrible experience with Ceva Logistics. They attempted to deliver our order without any advance notice or phone call, so naturally we weren’t home. After that, getting in touch with anyone was incredibly frustrating. We repeatedly called and were told someone would call us back, but nobody ever did. My husband’s calls eventually stopped going through after trying to follow up, which made communication even more difficult. I'd give zero stars if possible. Tried contacting them for an Amazon return since June 30 to no avail, emailed them numerous times, tried calling many times to only get "we're sorry there are no agents available, call back later" , it's now July 23 and still nothing from them in my email or answer on the phone ridiculous! I don't recommend this company as they aren't competent in responding to customers at all. Terrible service!
What’s even the point of having a phone number if nobody’s ever going to pick up the phone?!?!
