This company is so unprofessional. I takeoff from work because I have a schedule pick up from this company. I waited all day. No one shows up when I call a lady picking up the phone put me on hold forever for like six hour, then I call back she said she have to check with the Driver to see what happened waited 2 hour she never come Back on the line then when I call back she keep hanging up the phone Then I call again for the fourth time then she said the driver tried calling me which that was a lying very unprofessional

This is the worst company ever!! One time they delivered a very expensive TV broken to me. They mishandled a fragile item. They're so rude that they don't take phone calls. They make you call them to drop the line after. They themselves scheduled and then did not come. Most rude receptionist!! Did not reschedule correctly as well and then made you call them to wait in hold for 10 minutes to them not to answer. They're so irresponsible.

Calling this company is a waste of time. I called from one number and the Indian female receptionist asked me for the DMA number and then put me on hold. After about 10 minutes she hung up. I called again from my phone and she didn’t pick up. I called from another number and she picked up, only to hang up on me after putting me on hold for another ten minutes.
