Kiki and Kiaj were so great!!! Very professional and helpful! I would love to request these two every time as we order many jacuzzis for our properties 🤩🤩
Communication was excellent. The driver accommodated his arrival time so I could make my doctor appointment. Very friendly while making the delivery
HORRIBLE CUTOMER SERVICE. -0 stars!!!! WE received medical beds, delivered to our clinic. Driver, used a pallet jack, dumped them at the front entrance. and proceeded to leave. I realize he DIDNT have toooo help. But we politely asked him to use the pallet jack to move the 628lb delivery by the door so it would be easier and he proceeded to tell me, "NO im NOT helping you!" what the hell? Customer skills, non existent, and simple rules of being a man....Help a woman?? FIRE THIS DRIVER. us 3 ladies ended up doing it ourselves... read more
Worst delivery service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Poor communication. Delays. Awful company.
Expected a delivery today for my business and the delivery has rescheduled again for the 3rd time
