I would give zero stars if that was possible. Ordered from Costco and was given a 9-1 time from for delivery, they showed up at 4:45. It was a spa and they were VERY clear they drop it on the driveway. I had movers there from 9AM to help move the spa. NO tracking, no returned phone call. I would never use this company. Will no longer order Costco products. Not sure who would ever do business with this company! HOT MESS!!!!!!
Can't get anyone on the phone, call suddenly disconnected after 20 minutes on hold, tracking number error on website. Looks like they dont care too much as reviews are very low.
Very happy with the service. Kiki and Kiaj with Lynch Transportation were very kind and very careful with handling our furniture. Thank you guys!
Driver couldn't understand a simple english command, took 2 people for a one person job & then blocks the whole street unnecessarily, do better !!!
I would Give zero stars if allowed. Patio furniture was supposed to be delivered Wednesday. They cancelled. Then again on Thursday canceled 2 hours into the delivery window. Don’t ever use them ever. Very unreliable and no concern for people schedules. Highly unprofessional and they just don’t care. Now we wait again for day 3.
