Horrible shipping company. Delivery was late, then when you call to ask about your delivery being late, customer service is horrible.
Why in the world would Amazon use such a pathetic company to ship their goods. Clearly they do not care about the customer..
Terrible. I was promised a delivery on Day 1. Then I was told to call and schedule a delivery time for Day 2 (out of nowhere mind you. With no reason for the lost delivery time). I told them that would put us behind and they wouldn't do anything for me despite the fact that the change was due to something on their end. So i was given a SEVEN HOUR WINDOW within which i would receive the delivery. As if that was an acceptable solution to them.
