DO NOT USE. This company is not good with its products, people, inventory, or management of time or people. They carelessly misplace things and are very unorganized and it’s also a very toxic and dangerous environment to work in.

Terrible experience. My kayak has been sitting in their warehouse in Chicago for 17 DAYS. I have scheduled delivery two times, each time needing to stay home for the workday. The kayak still is not delivered and despite numerous calls, emails, contact form submissions they can give me NO answer as to when the kayak will be delivered. I have now missed the kayak excursion I had planned to participate in. Beyond frustrated with this delivery company!!

I had an original pick up date for an item that was to be returned for warranty replacement. They somehow lost the original order, even though we had set up a pick up time and everything, and it's now a week later and they still haven't come to pick it up and the company I got the TV from is awaiting confirmation of pickup so they can ship my replacement!
