Very disappointing experience with CEVA Logistics. A package weighing around 200 lbs was lost after being marked as having arrived at the local facility. The tracking then provided no useful updates for several days. The seller eventually had to issue a refund. Very disappointing delivery service and tracking.
Their total rating is 1.5 stars over 324 reviews as of today. That's because the ratings system starts at 1. The true rating is negative . -100 or worse. I had a RMA issued by Amazon. 4 emails over 6 weeks. They didn't even bother to reply once. Unless this is a front business that cleans cash, there is no way this company can survive on the market. So, be advised; if Amazon or so gives you their name for a RMA or so, ask somebody else. Otherwise you'll never be able to ship back.
