I paid over 2k for 2 vanities to be delivered and placed in room of my choice (paid extra). They arrived, put them in the driveway, and said they wouldn't bring them inside in room of choice. So they reloaded and drove away with my vanities! I've had ZERO contact from CEVA holding my vanities and no way of getting a response or call back or email from them despite my many calls to the local CEVA #s I was given. I am furious. stated they couldnt find my address for delivery, absolutely screwed me because the next day I was traveling for work for 3 weeks, attempted to get ahold of this location, nobody would answer the phone. How embarrassing is it for a delivery company in the google maps age to not be able to find someone's address for a house that has existed for 80+ years Ceva totally screw up my birthday, thanks.

AWEFUL company. Amazon had them ship something to my house and they scheduled the delivery. on the delivery date I was outside working on some stuff all day but the driver tells amazon that I wasn't thereb and to reach out to ceva to reschedule. ok so I reach out to ceva and they tell me their driver input that there was a wrong address and that I had to reach out to the local office that is delivering to reschedule. ok so I can the local office and after calling 4 times and waiting on hold 45 min each time they hang up on m... read more
