Scheduled an appointment for a delivery. Stayed at home and waited the entire scheduled delivery time window and didn't receive a package, wasting most of my day. I was checking tracking information throughout the day with no updates other than it was out for delivery. Tracking information didn't update until MUCH later in the day where it showed that delivery was attempted 2 hours prior to the earliest scheduled time within my time window while I was still at work.
